Buying Guide: Key Purchase Considerations
When shopping for tires for 22×12 wheels, consider: tire size compatibility, load rating, and ply count to match vehicle weight and use. Turf-friendly tread helps protect lawns, while all-terrain patterns improve traction on loose soil or gravel. Ensure the tire and wheel assembly is compatible with your equipment’s axle size, hub offset, and brake system. Tubeless designs reduce maintenance and puncture risk, but confirm intended use—riding mowers, garden tractors, or golf carts may have specific recommendations. Finally, verify the mounting method and included hardware (lug nuts, caps) to ensure a complete, ready-to-install package. For best results, compare several options across brands for durability, warranty, and ease of installation.
